Refund Policy

Street Passes and coin packs are digital goods delivered instantly to your account.

Refund window. If something goes wrong with a purchase, email koahu45@gmail.com within 14 days of the charge and we will review it. Unused Street Pass purchases within that window are refunded in full.

Coins. Coin packs are refundable within 14 days if the coins have not been spent.

Canceling a pass. Cancel any time from your account or by emailing us. Your pass stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and it will not renew.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method, usually within 5-10 business days.
